Staff were friendly and helpful. However, their inability to communicate in English made the transaction very challenging, especially understand the terms of insurance coverage. Pre-ordered ETC card was not issued. GPS voice instruction was in Japanese and words in Korean even though I specified for English GPS. The limited opening hours (open from 8am, not 24hours) made car return difficult as my flight was at 930AM at a different (international instead of domestic) terminal. Staff was kind enough to come in extra early at 730am for my sake, but what if they had not done me the favour? It would have been a mad rush to return the car , and then find some other transport to travel to the other airport terminal in time
