The English website was very useful and the rental was straight forward. The staff is friendly ad well. Looking forward to using them again next time.

I went to Nagasaki with two of my friends. Although the staff didn't speak very much English, they were still friendly and helpful. The paperwork and guides were all in English so I understood everything. The shuttle driver was very friendly as well. Would highly recommend!
