Amazing experience and customer service!!! We had landed late after 3 international flights and traveling for nearly 24 hours. Very tired and out of our comfort zone as this was our first interaction after arriving in Japan. Due to our flight arriving late their office was technically closed and the shuttles to the car rentals were no longer running. We called Nico Nico and they connected us to an English translator who confirmed they were open and awaiting our arrival and they sent a car to pick us up. Once at their offices they were so kind and patient! We didn’t speak Japanese and they did not speak English but they patiently used a translation app to communicate and make sure we had everything we needed for our rental. They even helped us figure out the tolls and routes for us on our road trip and assured us we had a car with snow tires and all wheel drive that would perform well in our destinations. Lastly the price of our rental was a very good deal, the best we encountered after many searches and compared to other rentals on our trip. Highly recommend and would rent here again!!!

Super easy to deal with. Super efficient. Great car although the rep said it had an AUX slot when it didn’t. Trip to the airport was super handy. Would definitely use NicoNico again.

Everyone there provided excellent customer service. My group was concerned that our luggage would not fit in the rental vehicle so they assisted in making sure it fit and if it could not fit they were willing to find a different vehicle for us.
