Ultimately called the driver a 3rd time…he went to the “departure” level vs. “arrival”….it took him ~ 15 min to get there….fortunately he called to tell me where he was since nowhere in the confirmation did it say to meet at the “departure” level.

Driver could not find us. Had to cancel the pickup. At Philadelphia Airport.
