The ease of reservation was great, as was our driver — he arrived early, was helpful and efficient. My only complaint is the pricing was misleading. The reservation said it was all-inclusive, with no mention of anything else to be charged. But then we were billed an addition $55 for tolls and "other expenses." Very misleading, especially when we tipped the driver on top of what was allegedly included.

On time if not early for both trips. Very friendly and professional.

Service was excellent. Drivers were friendly, and courteous. Cars were clean Drivers were prompt and on time. Price was a bit more than expected, but all in all was worth it.

Arrived early, was very friendly and drove safely.
