When I book, I add to the comments section that we have for example: 4 large Pelican Cases, Tripods and extra baggage. Driver comes with the back seat already removed to handle the extra cases.

My recent experience with Limos.com was a great one. Getting 16 people to and from the airport can be trying, but Limos.com really made it a breeze. On time both taking us to the airport and picking us up, plus scheduling a separate additional ride due to airline flight cancelation, they were very prompt, accurate, and friendly. Would definitely use them again.
