Very professional and on time service

Pick up on time and direct and quick ride to downtown San Francisco

the drivers for both of my trips were great, however there was a mixup with my drive to the airport. Limos.com switched me to another provider, but didn't pass along my contact info to them (it gave them their own numbers) nor gave me the right contact info for them (when I called after the driver was late, it was to a customer service number that was not open at that time in the morning - and the driver was late b/c they weren't told which house to pick up at first and they went to the wrong one).

Driver, Peri picked us up at our home on time and delivered us to BWI airport safely and on time. On our return, she met us at the baggage claim area and got us home promptly. A very courteous young lady and the limo was spotless.

On time, smooth and safe ride, comfortable, and both drivers really wanted to help with my skis and equipment.
