Dear Quark-Team The journey was just amazing. Thank you very much for this experience. The services of the ground staff in Punta Arenas can to be improved: - Rethink the luggage handling on the day of the departure to Antartica: It does not make sense to store all the luggage first in the lobby, then load Quark 1, after Quark 2 and at the airport Quark 1 should get the luggage first (luggage was logically behind Quark 2). - Plan the luggage-drop-off in advance: The luggage (sent from the hotel to the airport in Punta Arenas due to late arrival of the plane from Antarctica) arrived late at the airport. We had an absolutely fantastic time on our Antarctic adventure. Our expedition leader, Alison, made our trip super special. We had multiple continental landings and crossed the Antarctic Circle! Saw thousands of penguins and the most amazing seal and whale sightings ever. Would highly recommend this experience.

Best trip yet - fabulous scenery, animals, guides, food, people, ship, and cabin! (I have traveled to 70 countries, ~12 cruises.)
