The crew and expedition staff of the Ocean Diamond couldn't have done a better job. Screening by the ship's doctor and the efforts of the cleaning staff greatly reduced my covid19 worries. We were able to see the best of Antarctica. Thanks

I would recommend this trip to everyone with an interest in exploring beauty! I had wanted to go to Antartica for a while and when this trip popped up, I knew it was my opportunity. The Expedition staff was excellent, someone was always available to answer questions, talk about what we had seen or going to see, and they made sure to share tables with us during meals. I especially liked the fact we could go on the bridge most of the time and there was always a friendly expedition person to greet and talk to us. The "hotel" staff was equally friendly and really got things done. I was surprised how many staff people responded with my name and willing to engage in conversations. Seemed as though staff enjoyed being part of a great team. One unique experience that I had was the Ship's Captain, he was equally social and friendly even when not on the bridge. I've gone on about the people but they are key to making my trip next level. Walking around Antartica, South Georgia, and Falklands was indescribable so much beauty, wildlife, and the feeling that we are just one small cog in the life of this planet - I count myself fortunate having been able to experience this trip. Again, thank you Quark for making this a next level experience and I would recommend your Polar travel adventures to anyone!

The Ocean Diamond with the Quark Expedition staff and crew provided an oasis of calm seas as the worldwide storm of COVID-19 spun into a terrible tempest.

We have traveled to more than 100 countries. When the sudden opportunity arose to step foot on our 7th continent, we took it. Who knew it would be a trip and adventure of a lifetime. Quark was top drawer. Spacious room, outstanding cuisine, and a travel and educational program par excellence. The staff was superior. Experienced, extraordinary knowledgeable, and with the unique ability to transmit both to us. We were in awe of the scenery but equally in awe of the team that made it come to life. We are not cruise people. This is only our fourth in more than 50 years of travel. By far the best. Highly recommend Quark.

I must thank Quark Expeditions for such a amazing trip, so well organised, amazing crew, expedition team and everyone associated with the expedition. The whole trip was beyond my expeditions from the size of the cabin, to the wonderful assistance from all the crew to all the presentations we enjoyed and of course to the delicious food.
