Excellent
The Captain and the crew were above all compliments. Same perfect service for the hotel and restaurant management. Ali, head of the discovery team, was amazingly efficient and nonetheless emphatic.
Beyond this perfect management and operating, the difficulty was unavoidably to fulfill the expectations of 132 different customers. This goal was largely achieved.
If latin customers were targeted in the future, I could suggest that the visits leave a greater sense of independence/freedom : less does and don'ts, not so many flags to avoid walking beyond, less emphasis on the "cataclysmic" consequences of any possible nuisance to nature. To sum, I could understand that Quark is obliged to stress the importance of protecting mother nature, but I am afraid that it could become a religion banning skeptics and free thinkers.
The only serious problem was with kayaking. As long as all kayak excursions are paid in advance, I found it slightly unfair that potential users had to annouce in advance whether they will kayak or not. To me, since all the kayak excursions are paid, all the kayaks should be available at each excursion, and the kayakers should be free to decide to kayak or not only when they have all the information they need (in particular not before they have a clear view of the site).
