Incredible!

This was the most amazing experience! The expedition crew was brilliant from Shane who was there everyday to make sure everyone gets onto land dry; Meghan with the stand up paddleboard excursion; Ruslan who happened to be our Zodiac guide for most of the excursions and Ed for sharing his Everest experience, to the rest of the crew. Everything was impeccably organised. Hope to see you all in the North Pole one day!

70° of latitude at 12 knots per hour

This was a five-star itinerary visiting some of the most remote British overseas territories which hold an amazing range of biodiversity. The expedition staff not only gave superb talks on ornithology, geology, marine biology and history, they also were out on deck looking for birds, dolphins and whales to show us. Although this was an expedition ship using zodiacs to access remote beaches, the ship itself was like a five-star hotel in the quality of food, service, accommodation and its well-stocked library. From Antarctica to North of the equator we had some fabulous wildlife experiences in historic places travelling at not much more than the speed of the heroic polar explorers's ships at the beginning of the last century.

Great trip

We had a terrific time on this trip. All was expected, no surprises. Weather was mostly cooperative, increasing our opportunities to get out on the Zodiacs. Food was terrific. Hotel staff great, room just fine (except I wish we could turn the volume down a bit on the in-room speaker!) Nighttime party when we crossed the circle was amazing, as was the bbq on back deck. Icing on the cake was going by the Cape, taking advantage of change in weather and a bit of extra time. Thx for all.

A wonderful trip in a unique environment with like minded well traveled people in a small group, very nice ship. It was my 4th trip with QUARK to Antarctica and hope I will be able to travel with them yet again. It is the most incredible experience.
