Have problem to locate some of places to collect voucher eg HK open bus tour. Cannot find kiosk for ticket collection initially.

I managed to use it once but couldn’t use the rest before I left the country because it weather problems telling me not to go outside. Tried to contact customer service multiple times and never got an answer to my issue regarding a resolution to my remaining 2 experiences. Even when left for days, never got an answer so it was as money wasted

We bought our Dubai theme park pass in Feb 2022, 3 parks over 5 days, this includes Legoland and Legoland water park separately, this was the main reason we bought it so we can spend a full day at each, however in March this changed so we had to use two passes for these parks but now it had to be used in one day, if we wanted to spend a day in each we would need four passes each, we only found out because we were checking what we could use the third pass for, no contact from customer services to advise us and no apology or offer to compensate in any way, the ticket was good value but customer service and changing rules after purchase us very bad

I can not express how disappointed I am with this pass, the TCs and lack of transparency. I'd say the only thing worse is probably the customer service received after the fact via chat. We frequent Universal Orlando pretty frequently and love it. Universal Hollywood is just not on par with Orlando. Very disappointed and feel as though it is a ripoff while sitting in an Uber to Disneyland and gladly paying to have a better experience instead of allowing this package to ruin a special day. We have a special event planned today that this has severely impacted and it makes me sick.

Miscommunication, told us one thing on email and then denied it even though had the chat as proof! Really stubborn, initially friendly but once they take the money they don’t care. We ended up paying double at excursions. DO NOT BUY
