Rules changed after purchasing pass
We bought our Dubai theme park pass in Feb 2022, 3 parks over 5 days, this includes Legoland and Legoland water park separately, this was the main reason we bought it so we can spend a full day at each, however in March this changed so we had to use two passes for these parks but now it had to be used in one day, if we wanted to spend a day in each we would need four passes each, we only found out because we were checking what we could use the third pass for, no contact from customer services to advise us and no apology or offer to compensate in any way, the ticket was good value but customer service and changing rules after purchase us very bad
