I had a great experience! I booked a trip for my family to Europe and purchased a fare that did not include checked bags. We travel super light, so that totally works for us. But, to my surprise someone from Globehunters called me and sent an email to ensure we knew about the fare and provided great detail on how to add a bag should we need it. I was very impressed by the level of detail and care in ensuring we had a great experience and the trip met our expectations. Even after responding, I got a quick reply that was from an individual, not an automated response that was kind and helpful. Globehunters definitely impressed me, and I will look at booking with them again.
