Have been trying to get this ticket for a few weeks on my own, was having trouble processing the payment. Ben took care of everything very timely and very politely... He actually got me a better ticket than the one I had found myself and he even wished me a happy birthday! Extremely personal customer service, was so glad to feel like i was talking to a human and not a service robot! He was kind, polite, and on top of everything, highly skilled and efficient. Very good communication skills, reduced nearly all of the stress on my end and he established trust and rapport within less than an hour of interaction, truly skilled. Good job!
