My experience with booking a trip to Kathmandu has not been smooth in any way as I’ve been receiving constant emails about cancelled flights and changed flights to get to my destination. Globehunters communication has not been great in dealing with this, except for the fabulous Pearl Singh out of the New Delhi office. I have had daily phone calls with her to clarify miscommunications or errors in my travel itinerary. To be clear, Globehunters ensured my trip is going to happen despite a number of issues outside of their control. However, Pearl is the only reason I would give my experience more than a one-star rating due to her wonderful demeanor, her perseverance to address the odd issues I’ve encountered, and her willingness to have a sense of humor through it all. Give that woman a raise!
