Beis has by far the best customer service I have encountered in years. They were quick to get back to me and immediately sent out a new bag because it was under warranty. In a world with terrible customer service they are a shining star!!

I love this bag! I purchased it to use as a diaper bag for my 3 kids. It’s a little large for errands but fits everything I need for the day with a 4 year old, 3 year old, and newborn!
