I have been purchasing from beis for a while now. I can say I have a room full of beis luggage, totes, backpacks, weekenders, cosmetic cases, totes. , etc and i have never been disappointed with my purchases. I just recently purchased not one but two sets of the hybrid carry on and medium check in luggages. . . and waiting for the espresso carry on to restock. I have orderd the wrong luggage set and Beis was quick to respond to my emails and refund was quick after they received the returned suitcases. I have in error entered my rewards points and Beis immediately replaced my reward points. . . their customer service has always been professional, quick to respond and quick to help me with any questions I have had. I have also used my rewards to get new carry on and in the process of getting a medium check in, all with my reward points. . . they have listened to their customers and have redesigned the weekender, which I absolutely love. I'm so stoked about this bag! I bought it before an international trip and it ended up working really well. I was trying to avoid checked luggage and this gave me so much extra room. I was able to get 2 pairs of shoes in the bottom compartment. It's very well constructed. The material and zippers are very durable. I loved all of the pockets inside, helping keep cords, passport, small toiletries, etc. well organized. The water bottle pocket inside gave me pause at first, but it ended up being great. The size is also awesome as a personal item. It's bigger than I thought! After looking at many other brands, different features, prices, etc. I'm completely satisfied with this purchase!
