No updates for this delivery, lots of manual chasing, only offered option to resend not refund, by this point it was too late to receive before our holiday. Will end up with 2 x sets of packing cubes PLUS the ones I have bought from another (more helpful) brand

Sadly I didn’t receive my order even though I ordered on launch day at the time it went live. Was told my order has been lost in transit so a refund given as I was told they were no longer in stock. I reordered the medium and small carry on in gloss as these were listed in stock but have not yet heard they have been dispatched. Very disappointed this time with Beis. I have previously ordered sets and love the products. But this time not a good experience
