Great device and the service was great from the online chat team. Answered my queries with spend and gave me straight forward advice. I decided to purchase sapphire 3 arrived within 48hrs. Was a little unsure about the device at first but it works seamlessly and I added my partners device with ease and the data plans are sufficient. Overall a good experience.

I bought a Orange FR sim card and had it in two days. Good updates on shipping and easy to buy. I had problems with the SIM card but it was Orange FR's fault, not TravelWifi.

Worked great only thing is I should have went with the higher GB vice the lower GB because I blew through the lower one. Very pleased with it though.
