Great service and product

The entire process was easy and seamless from start to finish. Device arrived two day's prior to 5-day family vacation, no issues with set up and connecting of devices, reasonable connectivity to cell tower considering the remote area, and easy return process. Will use again.

Great service

The only request would be to let those who rent the unit that it will not arrive until 3 days prior to your “start” date (of when you plan to use the unit). I was worried we would not get it prior to our trip, but it arrived 2 days before we left.
