used travel wifi device and bought 2 different data packages one in US and one in UK. Worked fabulously. We did have a little trouble connecting along the jurassic coast but after one phone call to customer service got that sorted w/different service provider. Love it, the device is so easy to use and entire family connected their tablets/phones w/ease even while moving on the train

East to use in London with great coverage in London, Windsor, and Harry Potter Studio. Often connected quickly in less than 2minutes. One day, took 10minutes to connect. No major issues. Customer service via chat was helpful.

I rented this mobile hot spot to support a charity breakfast at our local fire department headquarters. We used it to process credit card transaction for tickets. The device and service worked very well and there were not an yissues.
