Honestly TravelWifi is awesome. I stupidly forgot to add the number to the street where I was staying in paris, and TravelWifi sent the day of my arrival a messenger with my little unit. How terrific is that ? The staff is the best too. Awesome, loads of gratitude !!!

Was a great experience from the start. The online support when I was debating what plan to get was great. Easy to mail to your home so you have internet the moment you land. Worked fantastic the entire 15 day trip. Received a travel adapter with the rental. Drop in the mail to send back. Amazing and will use them again.
