Picked up at the Tourist Information desk in CDG airport, terminal 2A (baggage pick up area). Easy. Worked very well in Montpellier area where we were for a week. They provided a prepaid mailer bag that we just dropped off at a French post office. No complaints. Glad we got it.

I took it to replace my wifi box which was unavailable for several days for a renting apartment, good signal, the service is flexible to active, take and return back very easy

Excellent Service. The apartment we stayed in Spain & France had no internet. The pocket sized device was sent within 1 business day to my requested address. I was able to carry device anywhere without any interruption to service. All of my family’s devices were able to connect with no issues or extra charge. Four devices in my case, with no slowing down of connection. Highly recommend this company and device while traveling. Mobile hotspot plans were reasonably priced. Will use this serve again in the future.
