2nd time I have rented and while I had issues both times, they fedex to one in Paris and in Madrid I had one 8 min away, my plug and charging cord didn’t work so I was a day without sapphire. Customer service is great and instruct you what to do. I will say both times they overheated. Shut down for a few and turn back on

Excellent service throughout most of Portugal. The customer service and shipping/return system were top notch. We had a brief period of no service in a pretty rural area, otherwise excellent coverage. It made our trip so much more enjoyable and hassle free! I’d recommend to anyone and will use again!

I appreciate the convenience of being able to travel all throughout Europe with seamless access to data. It’s been extremely useful.

While touring around the Travel WiFi played an important role. We did not have to look for a hotspot and when we were going on different directions we were able to communicate without any problem.
