Product and service is second to none. The device operated flawlessly Paris-Béziers-Carcasonne-Toulouse-Barcelona. It went where we went. This quite a comeback from my first impression because pick-up point was closed ar agreed time, and that chat help line was not able to direct me to an opened store. But a day later we fixed things :-) . Bliss.
