I was impressed with the free shipping offered, and great customer service. I returned the first bag I ordered, the Max 5 Large Checked bag. It was huge. If I had filled that up, I would have been way over 50 lbs. I ended up with the Maxlite 5 Medium 2 wheel bag. I love the design of this bag. I wish it was a little bigger.
