I boughht these pieces off the Travelpro website which was competitive with other websites. I found the exact pieces I wanted in the color I desired. I had one issue with a missing zipper pull, but the Travelpro customer service department was very responsive and shipped out the missing the day after I reported it, and the minor issue was been resolved to my complete satisfaction.
