Overall pretty happy. The chatbot helped inform me how long it takes the pillow to fully expand. Would be good to note this on the product's packaging or in the website description.

I love this pillow! Like a lot of folks I’ve tried so many other brands. From the cheap to the expensive. From squishy to solid. The Ostrich Memory Foam is by far my favorite. I’ve used it for maybe 2 years now and it’s still in the same shape as delivery day. I’m a side sleeper and its contours are comfortable. No neck pain. I just bought a spare! Don’t really need one but they were on sale.
