Everyone we came in contact with at N.O.C. was wonderful. Our experience started with us being in the wrong place, but the staff worked with us to get our trip rescheduled for the same day. Our guide was fun and seemed to really know what he was doing. 10/10 would reccomend to friends!

In July we took a youth group to Gatlinburg for a conference and competition. While there we wanted to expose them to as many things as possible and whitewater rafting was one of them! NOC check-in process was flawless. An in-depth safety briefing was provided with an appropriate emphasis on what to do if you fall out. Kent was our guide and it was clear he is passionate, well trained, and skilled in the art of whitewater rafting guide. We will be returning with our family to do the same whitewater rafting trip next summer!

This was a 3 person family trip and we joined another 3 person family on a single raft. Our guide (Abby) was an expert having grown up in W VA with a rafting tour father. She enhanced our trip mightily by giving us history and showing us several fun twirls around rocks. The trip was safe but fun and informative. I highly recommend.
