It is absurd that you would asked me to submit a review. Maybe your company should take a little more time to realize who you were sending this request to. After the IT problem last Friday, we never got there, but you know that. We are thoroughly disappointed with Norrøna for not giving us credit to maybe book again or any kind of refund. We spent a total of $10,000 to be able to come there and you people think taking our money with no services is nothing. I will never even consider booking with your company for anything again!
