The quality of the suitcase does not match the price of the suitcase!! We spent months investigating aluminum luggage and opted for this one based on what we read online. Unfortunately I left for a trip the day after it arrived and didn’t have time to “try it out at home”. Although I believe that’s a ridiculous suggestion since my house and my floor does not mimic airports and sidewalks and hotel lobbies. It is extremely hard to use! It has to be precisely closed in order for the mechanism to lock. We almost couldn’t get it locked to come home! When I say precisely, I mean, teeny tiny millimeters! After one use the fabric with the zipper on the inside is already popping out and we had to try to put it back in so that our clothes wouldn’t fall when we closed the suitcase. It is also already dented after just one use! I could’ve bought a better quality suitcase from Amazon or Walmart! Buyer beware

First time to travel and either bad luck or bad quality. The corner of the suitcase caved in.
