Good service, but disappointed by the quality of the bag.

Product and ease of ordering excellent. Delivery process awful - DPD failed to show twice and both times sent “sorry we missed you” texts when I was at home. Change your delivery partner.

Packaging was awful. Spending a lot of money, you’d think the product would be wrapped up nicely. Don’t bother getting a gift message, it is written on a blank bit of A4 paper. Looked rubbish. Would of loved a nice solid card. The Product it’s self did not disappoint. The crafting of the initials could be a lot better though. Briggs and Riley need to sort out the packaging. It’s supposed to be the Rolls-Royce of backpacks.
