Excellent customer service, excellent quality products. I was a little disappointed that the backpack I'd purchased for my little granddaughter arrived slightly dirty as it was likely stored at the warehouse without a protective plastic bag then shipped to me in a box. Keeping items in these protective plastic bags would have prevented it from acquiring the couple of dirty spots it had arrived with.
