I really love my Airback! I bought the smallest version and have been traveling in Asia with it for almost 4 months. The bag fits all my stuff and most importantly fits as a carry on in all airlines I've tried (on my 16 flights with various airlines). What I like the most is the amount of pockets that makes everything so tidy. There are 2 minus to the bag, that I would consider: - the only pocket that is not water resistant is the laptop pocket, which is unfortunate and caused me some issues on heavy Sri Lankan rainfalls - the laptop pocket has additional book pocket which gets in the way when bag is full and I want to put additional things in my laptop pocket, the material of the book compartment is then getting in the way to fully using the space of the pocket (but only if you really load the bag fully) That being said, I haven't yet found a better bag to travel with. Online store, customer service and delivery was always on point. Guys take a good care of me every time.

Airback has an easy to use and eye appealing website. Their customer service is one of the best I’ve encountered, and the quality of the product once it delivered was impeccable. 10/10 on every aspect that you could rate a company.
