Great product

I had no issues with ordering my Airback Go. It was shipped in a good sized box with everything that was advertised to be included. Once it was shipped I recieved the tracking information through email. Living in Toronto, Canada, my Airback Go got here relatively quick which about 7 days. I reached out to customer service to inform them that my order just arrived. Told them officially I’ll be using it as carry on for flight in August. Their team reached back out and wished me the best with my purchase for my planned vacation. Well worth the money. I gave feedback on 2 areas that need slight improvement but overall it suited my needs. Definitely will look to ordering other products as time go on.
