I bought my ticket from Globetrotters Auckland to London return. I cannot reserve a seat with this fate ....no one told me that this was a condition....very stressful flying for over 24 hours and not being able to book a seat...if I had known this I wouldn't have purchased this ticket!! not very honest...nor helpful
