Getaway

My wife and I were looking for a long weekend getaway to celebrate our first wedding anniversary and this was by far the best experience we’ve ever had. Getaway had everything we needed for a secluded weekend of nature and relaxation- from campfire supplies to an amazing pour over coffee setup. We never needed to leave our little piece of heaven for anything. We rarely leave home without our dog and Getaway made sure she was included in our weekend by providing special s’mores treats, bowls and a long lead so she could roam while enjoyed our nightly fire. We will definitely be coming back to Getaway and we can’t wait try all their locations they have to offer!

This was the perfect getaway! Every detail of the cabin was perfect and the staff kept in touch and helped with whatever we needed. It’s also so beautiful and peaceful. We would definitely stay again!

Had a great stay with our 10 and 8 year old. Hiked a short trail with a cool waterfall and creek nearby, enjoyed some relaxation at the cabin and used the fire pit to cook dinner and s’mores. Everything at the cabin was clean and comfortable, “check in” was a breeze (they text you your cabin number and lock code right and you’re good to go!). Perfect “glamping” situation for those that want the feel of camping but with the comfort of a cozy bed, bathroom and temperature control! We are absolutely going to stay again, either at this location or will try out another. We were so bummed to leave and wish we had booked 2 nights instead of one!
