Getaway

Cabin was just as expected, perfect for our quick 1 night stay. Had all the amenities needed and the location was great. Nice and quiet, dark, still and calm, it was a great way to relax away from normal life! I appreciate the cleanliness of our cabin and the surrounding areas. The chairs, picnic table and firepit were perfect to enjoy dinner and some card games on. Nearby trails were fun to explore. Only wish was that checkout was a little later than 11am, maybe closer to 1 so we could have slept in, cooked breakfast and taken time to pack up rather than hurry out. Loved the trip, will be back for sure, and hoping to visit additional getaway campsites in the future!

We really enjoyed our time away. Even though we were very much near things, we felt secluded. We also felt very safe at the campsite and enjoyed sitting outside and just hearing the sounds of nature. The weather was a bit humid, so we did not sit outside as much as we may have in a cooler time of year, but we very much enjoyed the large window inside of the cabin to watch nature and just sit and think, read, and play games. The nature trail seemed to be a bit overgrown in some spots, but it was nice to have short walk on the site to get some morning exercise in, next to Beaver Creek. The inside of the cabin was thoughtfully laid out and very maneuverable. The only thing that we were unhappy with was the location of the A/C. Since it was already low to the ground, all of the cool air sat at our feet, and when we were in bed, because it was above the A/C, it got quite warm. I am not sure if it is just the location of the A/C and possibly needing to be higher in the cabin, or if the A/C was not working well because it was such a hot and humid weekend? Other than that - we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to being able to return to this location, or take a longer trip to another Getaway location... Would LOVE to see on of these go in to the North Eastern side of PA - near the Allegheny National Forest : )

Had a great time! It was so cute and was stocked with everything you needed to relax! Lots of cute places to visit around the town as well! Deff plan on booking another stay in the near future!

My family absolutely loved this getaway in Navasota! Everything you need is provided and the customer service is top tier! I will return for sure!

Definitely going back, had such a nice time, relaxation and spiritual healing. Dancing under a billion stars is a must here
