Order on a Tuesday evening wasn’t shipped until Monday. I understand there can be system issues but my follow up email on Thursday wasn’t answered until Monday either.

We ordered a spinabolo but it came thrown in a box with no packaging. It looks slightly used quite frankly and not what we expected.

Yoyo was received on schedule and in perfect condition. However the bearing bound up on the first day and has needed almost constant lubtication since. Will need replacing. Yoyo has good weight and balance, love the hub stacks
