I order a baby bear for every niece and nephew born, so I've ordered 15 of them now. Service and support have always been great, but it was especially good this time when the delivery service reported a problem delivering my bear. Thank you customer support for resolving my issue! And just an FYI...as they've grown, my nieces and nephews have really enjoyed the bears. :)
