I have not receive my order todate. Not even the supposed item that’s in stock.

Late shipping. Can’t track delivery

Still yet to receive order although it’s been 7 days. I purchased as I had intention to use the games for a gathering. Item was supposed to be delivered within 3-5 days but till now still “delivery in progress”, may be a scam. sent email to toy tag to verify to no avail, no reply received. can’t even review the game. thoroughly disappointed.

On the site when I made the purchase, it shows 3-5 working days for delivery. I would understand if there is a delay given the current covid situation but there was no heads up on whether delivery will be delayed or not. Then I received an email on 6th May saying that my order is on its way however, when I click on the button to view status, it doesn’t seem like it is?? And now 11th May, I have yet to receive my product but received this email asking for a review, I don’t think this makes sense.

I would like to get a refund on one of the toys that was received broken
