Items are a little on the pricy side compared to other resellers. Very bad customer loyalty features. The Perkd App loyalty/rewards are not accessible to those outside Singapore.

Good range of games and toys. Delivery is swift and the products are in good order. However, it is difficult to get someone to answer my questions when needed. Need to wait some time for chatbot to respond. Email doesn't work at all. I ordered the products to be wrap but I can't make out which product is which after wrapping. It would be helpful if you can indicate the products somehow.

This expansion gives you option to earn money which can be used to buy resource and earn victory points. You have more control and flexibility in deciding your strategies.
