We love the swing but the s hooks were missing

Seat arrived quickly, and is made well. When my husband tried to install it, he found that it was not even, so the chain had to be altered for it to sit level.

Your shipping was almost as high as product

I was happy with the color of the climbing rocks, but when I when to put the rocks on the boards of the swing set they were too short. I had to buy 24 new screws and a small ratchet set to put the screws in place. I ended up spending $40.62 to replace the screws so they would fit. As you can see in the picture I have attached, the screws I received from you are shorter than the new screws I bought. When I put your screw into the rock it ended up being flush with the board and would not screw into the T-Nut. I don't have a lot of $$ and am not happy about this whole situation.
