The box looks pretty trashed when it showed up, but I believe this is due to the shipping company not the supplier. The supplier sent me out the missing parts right away and everything went together just fine. Great customer service.

Ordered from them and shipping was pretty quick, we went to put the swing together and noticed there was no hardware in the box. I emailed customer service and they promptly shipped out what was missing, which shipped and got to us very quickly!

I purchased this commercial grade swing to hang from a tall tree branch for my grandchildren. Wanted a swing that was strong and durable. This swing is great quality - definitely commercial grade. They love it and have already used it hours on end! It is definitely expensive for a swing but no complaints about the quality.
