Great experience. You shipped my order within a day or two and it was on its way. The package made it to the Georgia USPS system and there is where the issue started. After about a week of being lost, I called the SwingSetStuff company, and they placed a trace on the package. I was amazed the USPS found the package and got it to me. I have had serval packages lost by the USPS in Georgia and this is the first time one of them has been found. My hats off to SwingSetSuff.
