Great experience. You shipped my order within a day or two and it was on its way. The package made it to the Georgia USPS system and there is where the issue started. After about a week of being lost, I called the SwingSetStuff company, and they placed a trace on the package. I was amazed the USPS found the package and got it to me. I have had serval packages lost by the USPS in Georgia and this is the first time one of them has been found. My hats off to SwingSetSuff.

The swing and chains were delivered promptly. They are perfect for our grandson. He loves it. I am very happy with the quality of your products and will recommend your company to my friends.

Had to return some braces, the process was swift and easy.

Parts were as described and delivered quickly.

Great product and fast shipping. Thanks!
