The website had some great products and was easy to use. I am very pleased with our purchases and my son loves them.

I’d seen mixed reviews before ordering so I was a bit dubious but I really can’t fault these guys! I ordered quite a bit at once, so was expecting the delivery to be split. Despatch note came through with about a quarter of my order on it but when it arrived I was pleasantly surprised to find almost all of my order! All packaged very well, with additional packaging on one of the more flimsy boxes. Gave them a couple days then sent a quick email asking for an update on the remaining 3 items. They got back to me very quickly with a straightforward and clear answer. Bit of confusion about whether or not I’d received one item but once I confirmed I definitely didn’t have it they said they’d add it to my next delivery - no trouble or hassle resolving it. Asked for an update a couple weeks later and they said they were expecting stock that week, then as promised, a matter of days later the rest of my order arrived. I suppose there is less choice than the bigger chain toy shops, but I didn’t have any trouble finding plenty for my two boys (9 and 1) and the prices were the best I’d seen on a lot of the items. Both kids very happy with their Christmas presents and have only stopped playing to eat and sleep! Very happy with the service and will no doubt be back in time for their birthdays!
