I've always had good experiences with Paradise Galleries. Every single doll I've ordered has been recieved within no more than 10 days from day of ordering, sometimes only 3 or 5 days. When I've had questions, Customer Service via FB Messenger is usually very prompt, friendly, and helpful. The quality of the dolls is improving, which I love, and none of the dolls I've ordered have had any defects.
