I have been a loyal customer for about 15 years and have never needed to contact customer service to complain. Shipments are always on time or arrive early. My 3 kids are young adults now, but their childhood costumes were worn daily and worn everywhere we went. These weren’t purchased for single use at Halloween. Quality? Yes! Now packed away, the costumes wait to be enjoyed by my future grandkids. I continue to purchase costumes and accessories for nephews and nieces, and this company is still my first choice. I don’t ever second guess if I’ll be happy with my purchase. I’m sure the return policy is great but I’ve never needed to rely on it. I haven’t been compensated to post this review. In 15 years I’ve never taken the time to thank OYA Costumes and decided I probably should.

The costume was great quality and true to size. My son loved it! It really took his school project to the next level!
