Oompa Customer Service and USPS is awful!
Ordered 3 toys (~$150) for my 18mo granddaughter on Dec 15. Received email they shipped Dec 16. Since the tracking # showed no movement, I called Cust Svc on Dec 21 when the nice lady said their PO wasn't scanning, should be delivered in next 2 days and I should call my local PO. Tried to call local USPS for 3 days - no answer or would hang up. I called Oompa Cust Svc back on Dec 23 and the other nice lady said too bad, but will make nice after Christmas gift. Tracking # became active Dec 26 saying package just left Rockland - after 10 days just sitting there! Tonight is Dec 29 and still no gifts. Customer service is nice but useless. WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM OOMPA AGAIN!
